Introduced in 2023, Rolex’s Oyster Perpetual Celebration dial is one of the most playful and visually striking releases in recent memory. It features a turquoise-blue lacquer base scattered with multicolored bubbles—outlined in black—in candy-pink, yellow, coral-red, green, and turquoise, the same colors first used in the vibrant “lacquered” OP dials from 2020. Although technically just a dial variation, it became instantly recognizable among collectors for how boldly it departed from Rolex’s traditionally conservative aesthetic
